We're quite desperate to get our container out, so if there are alternative ways to clarify the situation and lift the hold on our shipment, please let us know.

We haven't gone through MAERSK in a while, so I think that's probably why our account is "inactive."

Furthermore, our accounting systems don't show any pending payments from Les Entreprises Provenance Grainways Inc. to MAERSK, so please let us know the reason for the delay.

We received another notification from MAERSK for this load >> "Original BOL is missing".

As explained previously, the Bill of Lading (BL) is marked for express release on the Sea Waybill (SWB). You confirmed that MAERSK fully released this load. Why are we receiving this again?

Please confirm once again that this load is fully released and please update your system.

MAERSK Canada notified us that there was a line hold on this shipment because the Bill of Lading (BOL) was missing.

However, our suppliers and myself checked with MAERSK's Bolivia office, and confirmed the Bill of Lading (BL) is marked for express release on the Sea Waybill (SWB). MAERSK Canada should not need an original document and therefore the line hold should be lifted.

We another load with MAERSK arriving soon (see below), and I suspect we'll have the same issue. Both loads are expressed released.
